A City Ramp, Not a County One
Ralph V. Chisholm Regional Park is a City of St. Cloud facility. Osceola County lists the ramp in its countywide directory but names the City of St. Cloud as the maintaining entity at 407-957-7353, and FWC's inventory says the same. There is no ownership dispute here, whatever you may read elsewhere.

A gravel pull-off growing into a 20-trailer lot over seventeen years is ordinary — plan on the county's numbers and an unpaved surface.
The Quiet End of the Lake
Chisholm sits on the southeast shore, roughly 2 miles from the St. Cloud lakefront and its marina traffic, and is the closer door to the east side — the shore FWC scraped in 2020, where the two new spoil islands sit. It is also where the wind gets you: the open run north is unobstructed across a 16-foot-deep bowl.
