The Forest's Full-Service Ramp
Marion County's Moorehead Park is the ONF region's most civilized launch: one concrete lane with both launch and staging docks, twenty trailer spots, flush restrooms, free, sunrise to sunset, at 20740 NE 140th Street on the west shore. After the forest's sand-road primitives, this feels like a marina.
Clear-Water Manners
You can see the bottom here, which means everyone can see everything — idle courteously, and give clear water the clean-boat treatment: drain and dry before you launch and after you pull out.

Five minutes from the Salt Springs community: fuel, food, bait, and the famous spring run for the family's off-hours. Kerr days pair naturally with the springs circuit.
