Crowding The only public ramp on 3,192 acres, at the end of Lake Cypress Road, so weekend and spring-spawn mornings concentrate here. Osceola County describes it as a single ramp with two lanes and unimproved parking capable of accommodating 20 trailers — enough on a normal day, tight when a tournament or a holiday lands on it.
Plan B — if this lot is full There is no second ramp on Cypress Lake. Port Hatchineha Public Boat Ramp is the nearest public alternative — it is a DIFFERENT lake (Lake Hatchineha) in the same undivided pool, so a boat already on the water can reach it through the C-36 canal, but from the parking lot it is a trailer trip of roughly 25 miles by road around the south end. Farther afield and also requiring a trailer: the Lake Kissimmee ramps at Joe Overstreet Landing and Coleman Landing, and Southport Park on Lake Tohopekaliga above the S-61 lock.

The Only Door on the Lake
Two concrete lanes, a launch dock, gravel parking for about 20 trailers, and no launch fee posted by either FWC or the county — that is the complete inventory of public access to 3,192 acres. Osceola County runs it and answers at 407-742-0375. There is no ramp B here, so if the weather or the water level is marginal, decide in the driveway.
Sunrise to Sunset, Not 24 Hours
FWC's boat-ramp layer says "24 Hours." That layer is a 2009 survey. Osceola County, the operator, says access runs sunrise to sunset — and the county wins. Build the day around daylight and give yourself room for the run back across an open lake.
Where This Ramp Actually Gets You
This is the launch for a three-lake day. Run C-36 into Lake Hatchineha and C-37 into Lake Kissimmee with no lock, no gate and no waiting — the three basins sit within a tenth of a foot of each other and share one regulation schedule. Lake Toho is a different pool behind the S-61 lock at Southport; Lake Gentry and the Alligator Chain cannot be reached from this water at all.
The Address Is Shared, the Facilities Are Not
3301 Lake Cypress Rd is also the address of Wild Florida Adventure Park — airboat tours, gator park and drive-thru safari, open Mon–Sat 9 a.m.–6 p.m. It is a separate, gated attraction with no boat ramp and no trailer launch, so do not plan on it for restrooms, bait, fuel or a place to leave a rig. There is no fish camp or marina on Cypress Lake.
