Water DepthNo agency publishes a depth at this ramp, and no agency publishes a level for the lake either — the USGS gauge that stood twenty metres away went inactive in 2011. FWC's one-foot bathymetric contours (compiled 2005–2011) bottom out at 16 feet for the entire lake, and FWC says those contours are not for navigation. Idle out and read the water.

Crowding Ten trailer spaces for 4,666 acres, and it is the only public door on the lake. Cool-season crappie weekends are when that arithmetic bites — get there at gray light. The rest of the year this is a quiet ramp at the end of a long drive from anywhere. Both figures agree across sources: FWC records 10 trailer spaces and Osceola County says unimproved parking for approximately 10 trailers.
Plan B — if this lot is full Same lake first: the private ramp at 901 Arnold Road, about half a mile southeast, which FWC classifies as commercially owned for general public use with the fee collected by an attendant. Its 2026 operating status and hours are unconfirmed — the operator's website shows nothing modified since January 2024 — so call 407-436-1464 or 754-755-0637 before you count on it, and expect a launch fee (the operator's rate page says $5.00, FWC's 2009 survey says $7.50; neither is confirmed current). Everything else is different water you must trailer to, because no boat leaves Lake Marian: Joe Overstreet's Landing, about 11.5 miles northwest, is on Lake Kissimmee; the wildlife management area's own ramp, about 6.5 miles northwest, is on Lake Jackson; and Kenansville Lake, about 15 miles east in Indian River County, carries its own FWC regulations — check them before you tow there.

Ten Spaces for 4,666 Acres
This is the whole of the public access to Lake Marian: two concrete lanes, a launch dock, a fishing pier, restrooms, no posted fee, and unimproved grass-and-sand parking for about ten trailers. On a cool-season speck weekend that lot is the constraint on your morning — be there at gray light, and rig in the lot rather than on the lane.
Southeast End, Not the West
Both of Lake Marian's ramps are at the southeast end, roughly half a mile apart, off Lakeside Boulevard and Arnold Road. There is no public access on the north, west or far south shore. Osceola County gives the mailing address as 900 Lakeside Blvd., Kenansville; FWC's row says 700 Lakeside Boulevard. Drive to the coordinates.
Sunrise to Sunset, Not 24 Hours
FWC's boat-ramp layer says "24 Hours." That layer is a 2009 survey and it was never the county's gate policy to begin with. Osceola County, which owns and runs this ramp, says access is available from sunrise to sunset — the county wins. Build the day around daylight, and leave margin for the run back across open water. County parks: 407-742-0375.
The Gauge Stood Right Here
USGS station 02268800, “Lake Marian near Kenansville,” sat about twenty metres from this ramp — the only place the state ever measured this lake — and it quit in 2011. No live level exists for Lake Marian from anybody, and no SFWMD regulation schedule either: the lake sits outside the regulated Kissimmee chain, and rain sets the level.
