Crowding 13 trailer spots is real capacity for a 900-acre lake. Summer weekends bring ski-boat traffic to the water; cool-season speck mornings are the quiet window.
Plan B — if this lot is full Mud Lake Public Boat Ramp (~5 mi north, much smaller and shallower water) or Lake Deeson's 24-hour lighted ramp (~8 mi southwest, a small Lakeland crappie lake) — both different lakes. Lake Mattie next door has no public ramp at all.

Polk County's own page promises 'public parking and an aluminum dock'; FWC's inventory row for this exact ramp says 'No Docks.' Neither source is dated. Expect an aluminum courtesy dock, but don't build a solo-launch plan around it.
Open All Night (Probably)
FWC lists this ramp at 24 hours — rare for a Polk County ramp. The county's blanket parks page says 6 a.m.–10 p.m. for its launch sites, but the county also allows after-hours launching at several ramps — the blanket line reads as park hours, not launch access. Night speck anglers: go, but read the signs.
The County's Pitch
'Auburndale's Lake Juliana is filled with bass, bluegill, shellcracker and specks. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water.' That's the county's entire fishing brief — FWC publishes no forecast page for the lake, so bring your own intel.
Gravel Lot Basics
Thirteen trailer spots (one accessible) and three vehicle spaces on gravel/limestone, a picnic table, and no restroom. 500 James Place, Auburndale — minutes off I-4, which is most of the reason this ramp punches above its amenities.
