The Earned Ramp
One concrete lane and five trailer spots off South Lake Roy Drive, free, 5 AM to 10 PM — the latest hours on the chain short of the 24-hour ramps. No dock, no frills, and no need: the boats that come here came on purpose.
Deep-Water Home Field
Launching directly on Roy skips the long canal and puts you on the chain's most interesting small-lake structure immediately — 24 feet of solution-hole depth with summer thermocline fishing the shallow lakes can't offer.
The Canal Option
If you'd rather arrive by water, the run from Lulu is the chain's longest canal — idle throughout, mind the Cypress Gardens Boulevard bridge clearance, and enjoy one of the system's prettier passages.
