The Connector's Own Door
Dunns Creek State Park's kayak launch at 320 Sisco Road puts paddlecraft directly on the winding, shaded creek that ties Crescent Lake to the St. Johns — a launch dock built for kayaks, five trailer and six vehicle spaces, composting toilet, $5 entry, 8 AM to sunset, 365 days.
Two Trips From One Put-In
Downstream (south) the creek opens toward Crescent Lake's north end; upstream it winds toward the St. Johns near Satsuma — six miles of cypress shade, bends that fish for crappie and bream, and the wildlife density state-park protection buys. Either direction earns the five dollars.
Paddlecraft Terms
This is a kayak facility inside a state park — hand-launch craft, park hours, park rules. Motorized trailer boats reach the creek from the lake or river instead.
