Paw Paw Lake

Paw Paw Lake sits in the Paw Paw River watershed in Berrien County. The lake's channel system and island area create an interconnected network of waterways within the lake itself, with no-wake zones in the narrower passages.

Paw Paw Lake's 90-foot max depth means ice formation is uneven — shallower bays and channels freeze earlier and more reliably than the deep main basin. Ice fishing does happen here, but always verify conditions locally, especially over deeper water.
