West-Shore Workhorse
Three concrete lanes, floating docks, and a paved lot big enough for well over a hundred and fifty trailers — this is the west-shore's high-capacity ramp, with FWC-noted direct access to the open lake. Moore Haven and the Caloosahatchee lock are minutes away.
Airboat-Friendly
A separate airboat ramp sits at the northwest corner of the park, so fan-boats and prop boats aren't fighting for the same lanes — a genuine convenience on a lake where airboats are a way of life.
Gateway to the Waterway
From here it's a short run to the Moore Haven Lock (S-77), the western gate of the cross-state Okeechobee Waterway toward the Caloosahatchee and Fort Myers — a bucket-list passage for cruisers.
