The South-Shore Anchor
Six concrete lanes, staging docks, and parking for 130 rigs make this the biggest, busiest ramp on the south end — the heart of a town that bills itself as the Bass Fishing Capital of the World. Roland Martin's Marina and its full tackle operation are right next door.
Through the Lock to the Lake
Clewiston sits behind the dike on the rim canal; you reach the open lake through the lock. It's routine for the guides who run out of here daily, but first-timers should watch the lock cycle once before committing.
Tournament Central
If a bass tournament is launching on the south end, it's often from here — expect a crowd and an early-morning line on event weekends, and easy parking on an ordinary Tuesday.
